This position may acquire all related insurance tasks for the Hospital Coordinator. What I propose is to revisit Yanet’s role and decide if we want to keep her as the Hospital Coordinator minus the insurance related tasks. This may be a plausible solution to the Hospital Coordinator position. Now that we have taken away the other responsibilities, she may be able to juggle both since it’s synonymous to what she will be doing. Hospital is only one day and it will only require her to set up the appointment and collect the medical clearance which is already part of her job description and everything else will go to the insurance coordinator. Let me know what you think about this
