Being an Instructional Coach would allow me the opportunity to help other teachers maximize resources, open dialogue with each other about best practices, and help them work collaboratively to best meet the needs of all learners. Being able to create an atmosphere conducive to learning is important both for the teacher in the classroom, as well as among other teachers. Every day, I learn something from my students. Every day, I am open to learning from my colleagues. I have a thirst for knowledge, and a passion for making my instruction as good and as meaningful as I can make it.
