This brings the issue of why is there any differences in the health care delivery system in our nation. We may need to look at the decision makers in public health and policy makers, medical educators and officials, most of the hospital administrators or any important medical personnel that are majority white. They operate with their specific white framing, normalizing stereotypes images of distinct racial groups. This links them to a discriminatory practice and results in institutionalized inequalities in health care. This is also true for women in work place, as the time norms reflects male ways of living and working. It leaves little room for pregnancy and childbirth, which is assumed by the hierarchy of white male dominant decision
