After reviewing InTASC teaching standards, it is safe to say these standards provide an instructional method on what it takes for one to become a great teacher. It produces and provides certain qualities that everyone teacher should strive to obtain while in the classroom. These standards were established to help the professional development of teachers and to set the standard higher for all. The core teaching standards describe what teachers should know and be able to do in today’s learning context to ensure student teacher these learning goals (CCSSO, 2011).
