Innovation and the Feeling of Aspiration Iconic symbolism is either a descriptive, illustrative or verbally spoken comment that represents one or more things. It’s the background that upholds this person or object. The firm structure that stands tall. Icons come in forms of emotions to actions in seconds without indications to the person observing or the person showing it. The small things can mean more when placed upon a bigger meaning, stethoscopes, commonly used by doctors and surgeons. Freely hanging from their necks it shows no meaning to anything other than a cold thin piece of metal lying on the chest. However this cold thin piece does more than lying there, it listens to an organ inside the body, one of the main factors to living organisms. Doctors and surgeons like Dr. Ben Carson are upheld by other things other than a stethoscope, however that’s how people closely associate a doctor. Having a High temper whenever things didn’t go his way always ruined it for him. Ben also said that he ‘nearly stabbed a friend just by changing the radio station’ (A&E, 8). He learned to alleviate the situation better and to understand what happen to fully comprehend the misdeeds. Ben also learned to adjust from his mistakes and to make amends to fix so that it would not be repeated in the future. Ben Carson eventually graduated from Josh Hopkins hospital at age 33. He earned degrees in medical Neurology, Oncology, Plastic surgery, and Pediatric medicine. The famous surgery over the conjoin twins with Ben Carson placed him to the nearest spotlight after being successful recently after the first attempt.
