Nothing Gold Can Stay is a poem by Robert Frost, commonly known from the feature in the famous novel and movie, The Outsiders. This text is very poetic and filled with heart and meaning. Nothing Gold Can Stay is all about the purity and innocence of childhood. From the first line in the poem, “Nature's first green is gold”, the representation of virtue and youth is very present.
