It is known that our cities are not free of crimes. Recently crimes have been increasing at a fast rate. During the last few years, one of the leading issues going on in our communities has been inner city crime. It has been labeled as a major social problem due to the fact it can be such a threat to our society. Is an in growing problem among our urban areas since it constantly continues to increase, mainly involving teenagers being the leading age group. One of the main reasons this occurs is because of ethnicity, inequality and overpopulation in cities, which at times tends to increase unemployment.
