Inmate Holck, you state in your grievance that you were shorted 10 envelopes. Your resolution is for you to receive a refund for the amount of the envelopes or to receive 10 replacement envelopes.

Inmate Holck, due to the fact that you had already signed for receipt for your canteen and left the officers presence a refund or reimbursement of items cannot and will not be issued to you per the Inmates Rules and Regulations. Section 6: Canteen, Page 6, “Claims of shortage or damaged products will not be honored once the inmate has left the presence of the Officer verifying his or her order.”

Inmates are instructed during canteen distribution to count the items in their order. If an item is missing or the number is not accurate according
