Good morning ladies and gentlemen of the jury, we are all gathered here today to prove that Injun Joe is guilty for first degree murder and police evasion. Injun Joe should be sentenced to life in prison and will need to pay a large fine for running from the police. Twelve o'clock was when the whole murder started. Injun Joe, Doc Robinson and Muff Potter were all at the cemetery, when Injun Joe hits and knocks out Muff Potter, grabs his knife and kills helpless Doc Robinson. Injun Joe then puts the knife next to Muff Potter. Once Muff Potter woke up from being knocked out he was confused and did not know what had happened. Potter asked Injun Joe what had happened and Joe said that Potter had killed Doc Robinson. At first Potter didn’t believe
