Abortion is a very serious act of inhumanity, having the right to kill an innocent human being because of their size and capability should be completely unacceptable. Abortion is defined as the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy. An abortion is most often performed during the first 28 weeks of pregnancy. This act is described as a spontaneous expulsion of a human fetus. Expulsion is defined as the action of depriving someone from a certain place. An abortion prevents the reproductive cycle it is used to kill off the fetus to prevent it from being a part of humanity. in a strong argument human rights are also guaranteed by the United States of America thereby granting every human being, even an unborn fetus the right to experience human life and get equal rights as everyone to in society. Doctors say they “start counting from the gestation period when the mother stops having her menses. Therefore, the heart forms soon after fertilization” (New Health Guide). At the course of six weeks the growing fetus already has a strong and sturdy heart beat. Human rights should be granted and guaranteed to the fets as soon as he or she forms a heart beat. Another argument is described as the reproductive choice which empowers women by giving them control over their own bodies. As the argumentative statement stated above says the women have the right to their own body but, as soon as the fetus contracts a heartbeat it now has a body of its own that is in the process of forming so he or she can be exposed to human life. Therefore adding to the argument that every individual has fundamental rights to their own body, so the baby that is in the process of being made into a human has the exact same rights over their body and they definitely should not be ignored. Abortion should be completely illegal do to the fact that it is considered as murder to a majority of Americans. It is not justified to be able to intentionally harm someone without punishment so why should abortion be any different from any other situation in America. For the many women around the world who claim and demand complete control of their body, that control granted should definitely include preventing the risk of unwanted pregnancy through the responsible use of contraception or, if that is not possible, through abstinence.
