Some examples are the school teacher lost his job and was put on trial for teaching evolution, and the school teachers girlfriend got cursed by her own father. Even though these people had it bad there was one person that really got what he had coming to him. The character Brady got it the worst out of all of them. In the court room after the ruling was done he was trying to use the radio to make more people follow him, but if he was really the God fearing man that he said he was he would be trying to get more people to follow God instead of him. He got what was coming to him when he died trying to make everyone love him not God. Some people say that Brady still had a lot of followers that loved that he died, but here is the problem with that. The people in that court room where he died didn’t feel how maybe people who did love him. Everyone but his wife that was in the court room wasn’t listening to him and really didn’t care for him anymore because he could defend the Holy Word. That is why Brady didn’t die with loving people around him. In conclusion in the whole play Inherit the Wind the character Brady inherited the wind the worst. One of the reason that he did is that he shot straight down from the top down to everyone else’s level or even lower. The other reason is that he died stounded by people they didn’t love him as much as he was used to when he was trying to play God. For those reasons Brady inherited the wind the
