Inhale-Personal Narrative

Decent Essays
This storm has swept away all that is mine
I lost my vision in the haze of pain
Only shattered pieces of you left in my heart.
This is the last goodbye I am stranded, standing on the edge of sorrow
Inside this bland desert
Inhale, inhale, I can’t inhale
Pain deeper than the ocean
My tears overflow the sea
My soul keeps crashing harder like the waves
You storm by, I spin around
Even if you say no, I want to go back
Too late, late, late, it’s too late
You seem so far away
Inhale, inhale, I can’t inhale
Swept away, I lost you, I lost my senses, no way to escape
The grey coloured time is pointless, so cold and long
We’re like a broken cup, can you see how pieces of us rip apart at my heart
Blood pours over the wound
Dust storms over the wound

I have been living here at 100 Oakway dr. Richmond, VA for over a year now. As you know, I am in apartment number 2b with apartment number 32c above me. For 3 months now, I have been experiencing loud barking and banging from above. I know already that there should be no animals here in Oakway, but it seems to me that apartment number 32c is not aware, or are not concerned with the rules. I have made several attempts to speak to Ms. Dale about the dog and how loud they are, but she always tells me they are her kids and “kids will be kids.”…
