Ingredient's Response To Doctor Montejano

I relieved Officer Montejano in Mental Health Lobby at 1415hrs, while on scene Brandon McMaster could not stop staring at me. He seemed to be in a state of confusion. I asked McMaster to sit down for his safety. As he was sitting and turning his head to look at me I noticed nystagmus in his eye’s. He stated to me that he had attempted to commit suicide. He informed me that he had thoughts of hurting himself before and that he was having those thoughts now. He seemed to be slow and sluggish with his responses.
Ofc. Kammer came over, at which point I asked if he had a social worker, because he had informed us that he was homeless. I then contacted a social worker and found out he is living in a veteran’s homeless shelter located on 5307 East
