I. Open with Impact: Life situations can create stress for several different reasons. We might feel unprepared for them, unhappy about them, and even might not feel like you’re able to cope with them.

II. Thesis Statement: Stress creates an over load on the human body and if we could figure out a way to cope with it we would have a better chance of not feeling so overwhelmed.
