Heart beats fast, palms sweat, oxygen is being stolen from my lungs; not again. Oh yes, an anxiety attack. These come in weekly visits. relaxing is a prosses with ease the only Ataraxia is touch.

Touch is small, but it is so beautiful. A hand hold, a hug, even an accidental bump calms me. I believe in the healing effects of contact. Touch can solidify a relationship between mother and child or just calm a restless soul. Touch has power, this I believe.

Child and mother need to be in contact with the proper development of a child. It will create a loving, strong bond. There are hundreads tests that prove how necessary touch is, for an infant's brain to be properly formed. New mothers are prompted all the time about how they should hold
