Informative Speech On Syncletica

Decent Essays
I like that mention how at times Syncletica probably felt lonely without family or support from others and may have thought about returning home. This isn’t something I’ve ever thought about but it makes a lot of sense. Everyone goes through hard times and, being in the situation that she was in, I’m sure it was no different for Syncletica. I’m sure that religion and the intense devotion she felt for it was a huge part of what pushed her through the hard times and made her stay. I find it really cool that religion can be such a motivator for people.
I also like how you talk about modern day society’s infatuation with their cell phones and electronic devices and how that would hinder them from joining a woman like Syncletica and following her
