In my opinion, putting labels on drinks is 100% ok with me. Knowing what goes in your body is really important because of health. Drinking a one 12-ounce soda a day can increase the chances of a heart attack by 30% which is pretty bad if your still young. By telling you about this topic it could help you or a family member and friend reduce the chance of heart attacks each year. At this point you only know one minior fact about what soda can do to you. Right now I'm gonna tell you some more interesting facts about soda.

There's said to over 100 calories in soda and more than 100 grams of sugar in soda. Which leads me to telling you that that not all of this has to do with soda and putting labels on it. Did you know you can tell if your addicted to sugar when you eat and are all done and drink the milk at the end with the sugar inside which is not a good thing at all, which is telling you that you love sugar. All other things that soda can lead to are still bad for you, soda can often cause tiredness, mood swings, gas, and headaches. soda could also turn your liver into a grotesque lump of scar tissue which is a health problem.
My last reason is telling you that about almost every human in the 1800's consumed six or more teaspoons each day. By today an average American eats 22 or more teaspoons of sugar every day that's 77 pounds of sugar each year. We all know that sugar is addictive and some people just cant control it.
