All the kids are doing it. They’re doing it in the park, in their yard, between buildings, and just about anywhere there’s two structures to tie down to. I’m talking about the latest sport activity trend, slacklining. Hikers first used slacklining way back in the 70’s. They used the activity as a way to exercise their balance in between hiking adventures. Now, it has grown from an exercise to an everyday activity. The people who participate in slacklining, are often humorously called slackers.
