Wow I can really use a nap right now. I know so can I well today is your lucky day I will be getting information from sources that I read and telling why you and are tired or why we need naps. Also how much sleep we need because we do need sleep too.

According to source 1, A Newborn baby needs 16 to 18 of hours of sleep. Also a Preschool kid needs 11 to 12 hours of sleep. Another one is that a Teens and adult need 9 to 10 hour Teens and adults need 7 to 8 hours of sleep. “If you routinely lose sleep or choose to sleep less than needed, the sleep loss adds up”, “For example, if you lose 2 hours of sleep each night then you have a sleep debt of 14 hours of sleep that week”. Sleep is very important for teens at this point in their life.
