Number Eight: She Has a Heart Condition.

Miley has tachycardia, which basically means her heart beats at a faster rate than it should. In her autobiography, she mentioned that the condition doesn't hurt her, but she is bothered by it.

Number Seven: Yes, She Can Actually Sing.

Despite the fact that Miley has come under a lot of fire about not being able to sing, she has done several performances that prove her doubters wrong. Her cover of Dolly Parton's "Jolene" is particularly beautiful.
