Cornflakes were born in the mid-18th century and since then it has been the favorite of all! The creator of cornflakes was Dr. John Harvey Kellogg and W K Kellogg. While it’s main ingredients are milled corn, sugar, and malt flavoring. It amounts to only few calories and this is the reason that people prefer taking flakes in their breakfast. It is being prepared by toasting the flakes of corn. These days various ingredients and grains are added to it to increase its nutritional value. Apart from eating it in the breakfast one can also use these flakes in many dishes too. It can be taken daily in your breakfast post your workout. Or else you can have it in your mid-day meal. The recipe to prepare your breakfast is quite simple. You just need to have 1 cup of cornflakes and some milk and there you go. We are going to list some nutritional facts about cornflakes.
