I will be talking about asthma asthma is a disease that affects the airway of the lungs. These airways allow you to breath in and out of your lungs. If you have asthma your airways are always inflamed your muscles can get tightened by something that triggers your symptom. Most of the time when asthma gets triggered by something it is physical activity or running. Many people with asthma have allergies that affect your allergies.
Asthma symptoms,the most common symptom is wheezing. This is a scratch or whistling sound when you breathe.
