The topic I chose for my speech is about the effects of psychoactive medications to human beings. Since almost all my audience are students who are in the medical field and students that wants to be in medical field, I chose this so I can explain to them and compare the good and bad effects of medicine in our body. I had three claims which supported my argument, this includes: Risperdal’s side effects and harms, when an onset of a adverse reaction from drug 1 occurs, patient will seek for medication to help and/or relieve that said adverse reaction, and lastly is drug-dependency when it can be prevented in the first place.…

The particular type of depression I’m referring to is known as postpartum depression. When moms give birth to their babies, their body limits the release of certain hormones, and can cause the new moms to feel sluggish, tired and even depressed. The depression is common for most women, and last for around two weeks, typically starting around the second, or third day after the birth of their baby. This is whats known as the “postpartum baby blues” but those that last longer and are more severe are what 's referred…

David Hockney once said, “Drawing is rather like playing chess: your mind races ahead of the moves that you eventually make.” Many thoughts cross people’s mind on a daily basis and can cause them to overthink. Overthinking can be dangerous for certain people; it can cause them to question their existence and the value of their life, what life has given and taken away from them.
