Specific Purpose: To inform my audience about the generation of sex tourism in a Catholic country, the Philippines.
Central Idea: Sex tourists mostly from European and North American countries impregnating young women before fleeing.

Prostitution is a commerce that prospers in the Philippines, where there are an estimated half-a-million prostitutes, almost a fifth of whom are minors according to statistical data.

Foreigners seek sexual services from underage girls and about 100,000 children are being forced into sex trade every year in Southeast Asia.
b. An immense number of children have been conceived in such transactions, while some foreign nationals contribute support and, in some occurrences, even marry the mother of their child, there are more children who have never meet their biological father and are neglected to live in poverty.

Transition Statement: Filipinos will undoubtedly take all the opportunities they can just to provide for their kids, even if this results to performing illegal activities that is taboo to a society. Hopefully as the world is becoming more “flat” and knowledge, so as freedom are advanced globally in a just matter
IV. Main Point 3: Sex education in schools are advancing throughout the Philippines, but the idea is opposed by the powerful Catholic Church.
a. As Monsignor Pedro Quitorio, a spokesman for the highly influential Catholic Bishops Conference points out: "Children are fragile creatures. The [education] department should be very, very careful not to teach children about matters they will imitate the following day," He then insisted that the real problem here is the distributions of resources.
