The constitution has been here year after year and it has changed very little. Although, it used to be something very powerful. It has lost its value. The Fourth Amendment, for example, the world of computers has weakened this Amendment. “In the modern digital age, it means very, very little” (Zwerdling, 2013). “ people should feel safe in our own persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue” (Amendment 4, 1787). On the other hand, the FBI or the government, in general, are invading the right of the Fourth Amendment. They find any little thing as probable cause to tap into our lives and that is not ok. “The best way to get the information would have been searching your home, bug it and wiretap your phone” (Zwerdling, 2013).
