Many non-runners believe that running is a waste of time and energy. Many people would rather go to a gym and pay a membership to get on the equipment. Some people buy a membership to make sure that they make use of what they paid for. In which is a smart idea, but why spend money on a gym membership when you can run with scenery of your choice for free? Running is beneficial not only because it’s good for exercise, but it also helps reduce stress.
