Trying to impress the audience SpongeBob lifts a stick with two marshmallows on the end, which he actually struggles to do. However, he accidently rips his pants in the process and the crowd sees his underwear and start laughing hysterically. Feeling embarrassed, SpongeBob leaves the weight lifting area and looks very sad until one fish compliments him on the good laugh. SpongeBob uses this to his advantage and keeps ripping his pants to get everyone laughing. This episodes teaches us that sometimes you just have to laugh it off and not all things are as bad as you
