Social Media, The Most Used Drug
Social Media is used all around the world at all times. No matter who the person is if you do not have social media you are not able to stay in tact with your friends and relatives. Social media has some good attributes, however most of them are bad.
For example, say you are addicted to a drug. Now you have to use this drug everyday or you feel as if you won’t survive. Although you will be perfectly fine, your mind tells you to continue using it. You know this drug is contributing you in only negative ways, but you partake in it anyway. You feel as though you are being judged for taking this drug or how you act while under the influence of it, which you are. However, you also judge other people while they are using the drug, because that’s how society works. This drug can also be called social media.

That means as soon as you wake up, you use the drug. After people wake up they are constantly checking their phones to see what their best friend posted on instagram about her new boyfriend. There is always something new and exciting out on social media. Although, all of this might seem all fun and games, people get seriously hurt by it. Everyday someone is getting hateful comments, or is seeing what someone looks like and thinking, “why don’t I look like that?” Then they do something about it, they change the way that God created them into something they aren’t. The Bible says in Romans 12:3 “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” God made everyone of us in order to be perfect and acceptable. Everytime you go on social media you question why you are doing what you're doing or why you aren’t living a much cooler than your life
