The Firefly Music Festival is a wonderful music experience with the beautiful landscape of Dover, Delaware. The festival features successful headliners and emerging artists from Outkast to Twenty-One Pilots. With all the wonderful performers that are attending the festival I can almost guarantee that you will have a great time. In 2012 Red Frog Events decided that they wanted to boost and reinvent the concert going experience. One of the things that makes this festival great is the setting. The festival is set up in The Woodlands of Dover International Speedway, with a 105-acre festival ground. If you go to the festival you won’t find just concerts going on there, you will also find other fun activities there. You could have an artist paint a personal design for Toms shoes and every pair that is sold a pair is given to a child in need. There is also The Hammock Hangout for those people who just want to sit or lay down and relax with friends. Another exciting attraction is the Thicket where people who attend the festival can join in on a very “secret” rave party. There’s even a chilled tent that you can charge your electronics in air conditioning and an arcade tent with newer games and vintage arcade games. These are …show more content…

Summer Twins Review: A Dreamy Dance Party Kicking off Valentine’s Day weekend with great music is not a bad way to dive into the holiday, for couples and singles alike. This last Friday, February 12, Summer Twins performed at Acerogami, Pomona, CA, joined by Veronica Bianqui. The entire event had a drinks-with-friends vibe, framed by the venue’s exposed brick, low lighting, projected music videos, and a few heart-shaped balloons at the stage. The beauty of smaller venues is the level of comfort they create. Conversation before and after the show flowed easily, from excitement about the performers to stray cats and operatic voicemails.…

Recently, I had the pleasure of viewing a musical play on horseback. With over thirty-two horses and a cast of top trick riders made this an unforgettable experience. The play was a five-course dinner and a three-hour show all at the same time. This beautifully synchronized show Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede Dinner Attraction is performed at Dolly Parton’s Stadium in downtown Branson MO. At first glance, I was amazed by how clean and organized the whole building was.…

The concert venue was located at UNC Kenan Music Building’s Rehearsal Hall. It started from 8pm to 9.40 pm. Compared to all the other concerts that I have gone to, the UNC Jazz Band concert was a definite change in atmosphere as it was a large band consisted of students. Firefly: The Best of both Worlds Popular culture introduces individuals to communities, heck it helps create communities. Think about the TV shows and the bands you like, you are drawn to others who also enjoy those things, right? Just like fables and fairytales, shows like Firefly, the Simpsons, Parks and Rec, or Avatar bring people together through common interests and viewings. TV shows and movies have created huge communities around them and have given people who are literally across the world a way to connect and engage with each other. And if that’s not beautiful then I don’t know what is!…
