The use of computer based systems allows businesses to capture a large amount of information in a relative timely manner. The success of a business to utilize a web based system or software is to give the consumer the ability to recognize and understand the product based of the company image (p. 32). This principle is very relevant to anyone that has purchased a product online that is dissatisfied from the product and expresses their grief on an online platform (Koumpis, 2014, p. 33). The most profitable return from customer comments are those that are positive. They encourage other potential buyers to recognize the product and invest their dollars for your product. The chief aim of an organization to is build a report with the customer base that will result in customer referrals.
