DOI: 10/24/2014. Patient is a 53 year-old female automotive inspector who alleges cumulative trauma of the bilateral upper extremities, neck and chest from 1/15/1997 to 10/24/2014. The patient is subsequently diagnosed with impingent syndrome of left shoulder. As per office notes dated 5/27/16, the patient complains of left shoulder pain rated as 7. She states that the post-operative physical therapy has increased range of motion but the patient still feels weakness. It was noted that they will request 6 additional sessions of post-operative therapy. The patient also complains of increased pain due to physical therapy. Consequently, acupuncture will be requested. Naproxen is also prescribed for pain and inflammation. Objective findings note
