When talking about needles, sometimes accommodations have to be made but this is a problem why a lot of people are not getting vaccinated there are other options. According to the article, there is a nasal vaccine that is also offered for those employees with fear of needles. Another problem was that sometimes people will say that they do not get vaccinate because they are allergic to influenza shots, allergic reactions upon the flu shot are very rare and in most cases they are able to tolerate the vaccination. If any health worker had a history of any vaccine allergy they could also be offered a skin test and vaccination at no cost. These online modules were fascinating in a way that any individual would be able to have online meetings with staff and be able to answer any questions. The different ways in which staff promised to this campaign is that in this modules they organized games such as “fun” flu quizzes that include prizes, a contest which include an additional party with food and a football game and personal videos on influenza by staff personal stories. This campaign was very successful that approximately 20% of employees were vaccinated after considering this sources.
