How does rap influence us today?
Rap has come along way from when it first started and now. It has a different meaning in it then when it first started. Now rap is more about like drugs, sex, and money. Back then it was more about problems or about you. So here are some reasons why rap influences us.
Rap influences us by the way we talk, the way we act around others, and the way we look at the world. We is referring to teens people by the way.
One of the obvious ways rap influences is by the way we talk. When we talk we make references that were in the song to make conversations. The world is can be seen differently through music because it's almost become our everyday life and it's on social media all the time sort of speak. It's has become almost our everyday life because there is a radio in every car today which we all listen to no matter if it's rap or something else. A rapper today named TY Dolla $ign. He raps about isn’t really anything. I mean it's good but there is really no message in his raps. He raps more about girls, party, sex, and etc. But like a rapper named Tupac & Eminem raps about their life and what happened and that anything can happen to anyone. Those rappers give a message that some people need or want to hear so that it may or might change their life or lifestyle.
Chris Brown is a rapper type and when he first came out he sung more of R&B than rap. I think he changed to rap because rap was getting so popular that he wanted to do it too. So he sang less R&B and started to rap. Another rapper named Drake raps about
My conclusion is that rap has a big influence on teens today and they view everything or anything they come across. So music has an impact on everyone. It is just how we take in the music and use it to in our lives is what changes us. So what I’ve learned is that rap influence all of us in different ways and that we all get a different point of view on everything we see or do.
