My father agrees with my grandfather because it is not good or it is not allow, and he said that he do not present when my mother gave birth because it is not important as he see, and his family and her family were their only and he think that he cannot do anything and he think that he maybe make her more nervous, and he said that he only present after gave birth. My brother he is from different generations and the way of thinking is different from them. He disagrees with them, he thinks that the father should present during birth and he should be there to support his wife and because his child will come so it is so beautiful and important when he present and see the effort that his wife do to give birth and appreciates it. He presents when his wife gave birth and he said that he supports her and make her little nervous and his wife was so happy when he present and she thanks him because he support her and show that he appreciates the effort that she did and he hold her hand which means he is beside her and with her when she need him. I think that in other country like in Europe or America, fathers should present during birth and I think it is good and make them more responsible of their children and I agree with this

After reading the article “When are Two Dads Better than One” I was enlightened on how the Bari and other similar cultures view procreation and parenting styles. Having more than one dad is considered the normal in their culture, as opposed to my society where it is common for a child to have two dads only if the result of divorce, death or through adoption. I for one, am not opposed to having two fathers in a child’s life for the reason that I think a child can benefit from both fathers, however, in society and new beliefs are not readily accepted as those in the Bari culture, additional factors come into play, for example, the almighty dollar, the cost of raising a child including childcare and education. Due to the expense, in addition…
