In both the 1960s, and the 1970s had a great impact on the united states with all the changes in music, art, civil rights and society as a whole, but between both decades the 1960s are not more important but led into the events of the 1970s. , To say the event of the 1970s wouldn’t have happened without the 60s is not true the events more than likely would have happened but might not till much later in time. The 1960s is the more in, influential decade between the two because the event that happened in the 1960s played a direct role in the events that occurred in the 1970s. Some events that happened in the 1960s are the Civil rights Act, Cuban Missile Crisis that happened in only the 60s while both decades delta with sexual revelations.
