My personality type is INFJ. Even though some people see an introvert as being weak; I see it as a strength. Many of my good attributes are as a result of me being an introvert. For example, one of my most valuable qualities are understanding, thoughtful, considerate, and companionate. The Myers Briggs test defines me as a INFJ. An INFJ individual is said to be insightful, compassionate, and idealistic. At the same time their vison about the world and their intuition makes them very understanding. One of the most valuable qualities I possess is being understanding; this has always open the doors to be especially in the work place because it makes it very easy to get along with others. Being quiet has always proven to be one of my weaknesses become when I have really good ideas I tend to not voice them. Although, this gets better the more times I spend with a specific group it becomes a disadvantage when placed in a new scenario or group. Once I feel comfortable enough with a group I find it very easy to voice my ideas as well as establish a sense of leadership. At the beginning of a team project or a new group of people I find it very difficult to become the leader because I get overwhelmed by all of the different personalities. My mom dedicated her whole life to working in the fields and she had to face many obstacles like sexism, harsh working conditions, and unpaid overtime wages. I owe all of my values to this because having to grow up seeing all of this showed me the struggles of the average person. Even though I was a part of a company that took care of their management more than their employees; I still chose to work for the people rather than work for the owners; even if it meant losing bigger bonus and higher
