If an employee’s performance, attendance or conduct falls below The Infinity Arenas standards, disciplinary action may be taken. Discipline may consist of any number of procedures, including but not limited to: counseling, warnings, demotion, transfer, suspension (with or without pay), or termination of employment. The Company maintains the sole discretion to respond to any situation that may lead to discipline in whatever manner it deems appropriate, without regard to precedent.
