Love and infatuation are both intense but different feelings. The feelings are so unpredictable, sometimes leading to gruesome pain, and other times actually giving you a happy ending. There has been constant debate about whether romeo and juliet feel love or infection. The rash, stupid decisions make a lot of people think that they are stuck in an infatuation trance, but there are also lots of contributing aspects that makes people suspect that the two are actually in love. Like two people killings themselves because they can’t be together blurs the line between love and infatuation. Romeo and juliet felt infatuation. At least that's what I think. There are many things to point to love, but I believe these actions were really just stupid teenage decisions. Someone can’t learn to love another person in less than a day. Romeo is even less credible because he claimed the same thing about another girl just a bit before seeing juliet. Love at first sight does not exist.

In fact, they got married within the 24 hours of first meeting each other. Basically romeo sneaks into a capulet party and when they see each other they declare their love for one another. When they first meet they get a few words out to each other and then proceed to kiss a bunch. This is purley lust. They don’t even know eachothers names! Juliet doesn’t even ask herself, she makes the nurse go and ask, “Go ask his name.—If he be married. My grave is like to be my wedding bed.” In order to love someone you have to know them for a while. Romeo and juliet just found each other really attractive. If Romeo and Juliet really did fall in love at the moment they would have at least gotten eachothers names. Also the fact that they were making out without getting many words out to each other shows that they didn’t really respect each other and wanted to get to know eachother like people who could potentially be in love
