Summary: This Section of the books talks about infant memories. Scientist believe that infants don’t have long term memory. Researchers confirmed that infant memory could affect early experience. An infants can remember anything for a long time. Scientist did an experiment on 6 months year old. They would show the children the same car or train, and see if they can remember it. If the infant recognize it they would kick or press a lever. Researchers found out that a single reactivation doubles the life of memory. They also found out that a forgotten memory can be reactived. Scientists believe that early memories are maintained over significant period of time. Adults and infant do not have the same memory, because an adult can remember more
