Inequality is basically created from peoples own bias against someone for being different, like Keke in the video (Wwnorton.com, 2017). She was being discriminated against just because the people that were doing the hiring felt a single mother or someone that is poor should not be hired. This caused her and her family to experience inequality, I believe mainly because she is a woman. I have experienced this in my own life years ago when I was married, my husband who was not even a high school graduate, but we would both apply for the same job and he would always get it over me. This happened three times to us during our marriage and it became a sore spot because I did not understand why he was getting hired and I had finished school and had
