The United States witnessed a shift from an agricultural economy and culture to one shaped by industrialization and urban growth. Before the shift the United States was just a small group of states. With the growth in population and advances in technology people in these states thought it would be better if they moved out west for a better life since there was more land for more farming. Which placed into motion what we have today advances in technology; we now have equipment that makes it easier to plant and pick crops, factories that can mass produce products that we us every day. Without the shift from agriculture to an economical culture we wouldn’t be the United States that we are known as today. We have had our ups and downs but the United States has grown and flourished throughout time, we may have issues that take a large amount of time to fix and may even derail us at times, but we do not give up. Technology is one thing that Americans can’t live without since; it has made our lives too convenient and addicting, with technology we are able to multitask and make time consuming tasks faster to perform, whether efficient or with minimal errors, it still makes our lives easier from planting crops to completing complex drawings for machines that are capable of replacing a person’s knee with little margins left for error, and as always a better way to improve upon the quality of
