The Industrial Revolution had many effects on society economically and socially from 1750 to 1900. Economically, people could become skilled workers, technological innovations increased efficiency of trade and communication, and production shifted to factories; Socially, new class divisions formed, new living standards were made, and new forms of education were promoted
