A few factors that contributed to the development of the Industrial Revolution in England are: people manifesting concepts, creating inventions, and having the resources to make those ideas and inventions possible. The people of England had a manifesto of concepts and ideas to try and simplify their everyday tasks. They had the notion for a multitude of contraptions and machines that would do their jobs for them.
