Individualistic Critical Thinking

I am futuristic, empathetic, and strategic; I understand the importance of individualization, and I love Ideation. These are my top five most dominant themes of talent, and have a profound effect on my life. They affect what I do today, what I did yesterday, and what I will do tomorrow. Along with my values, these are the major deciding factors in my academics and overall life choices. I had not put names on the different ways in which I think, but now that I have them I realize what they are and how much they really are my strengths. First off, I am a futuristic person. I am always thinking about what the future holds for me, my dreams and aspirations. Along with this, I consider what I do and what the effects of it might look like. I find things in others that separate them from the pack, and characterize who they are. It is also easy for me to put myself in other people’s shoes in order to see things from a different perspective. It is not only physical characteristics I can relate to, but also emotional. Everybody has their own individual hardships and experiences, and when I am trusted enough to hear about them, I consider how they help create different aspects of that person and make them who they are. I can also imagine if those kinds of things happened to me and how I might react. This is why I consider myself a good listener, and how I make my closest friends and strongest relationships. Being able to see things from different people’s perspectives would help me if I were to declare business as my major. This is because I could imagine how a customer might react when selling to them or how employees might react to different managerial techniques. I could also find and celebrate individual employee’s strengths. Empathy and individualization would help should I study
