The article that will I present is on Consumers Report in regards to Burger King: The campaign was launched to target the Lesbians, Bi-sexual, Gay, and Transgender community (LGBT) by providing the rainbow theme marketing materials to correlate this symbol as a brand of this particular demographic community. The facts written in this article were successful due to the geographical, demographical area of New York, and San Francisco was the LGBT population is an acceptable area for these social class of people to interact with one another. They target this audience because of this rainbow symbol. The written aspect of this article could have been an easier read if everyone had prior knowledge of what a pride weekend represented and could comprehend the symbolism of the rainbow, the decoded message of being a king, and the acronym of LGBT. The article targeted the appropriate audience because the LGBT were able to successful come together to collaborate and congregate with one another without being stereotyped against each other for their differences being on display in the open view of those who don’t share their same sexual viewpoints. My recommendations to better personalize for the audience is address all the differences use more friendly/global advertisements that are not the just regional focus but on a national level. My second choice of improvement would consist of welcoming the culture diversity within the business sector by collaborating with other co-workers showcasing my active participation and feedback is vital to assess the group as a whole. These methods offer a strategic way to measure the co-worker performance skill, participation, quality evaluation from my moral work ethics. Also, with this measurement, it would take in consideration my co-worker efforts as well since we are attempting to collaborate with one another effectively. My group and any other stakeholder within the business setting that is willing to combine the natural resources to complete the task; the team could complete a survey as a follow-up method to ensure the team will be active and productive as a team or a subunit within the business sector. My last choice would be to taking the initiative to establish more leadership roles I do not mind helping anyone who needs help, which consists of being open minded and flexible. I like to map out the task and delegate the roles of the team and work along the same lines to effect monitor or progress, which ensures that no one individual is carrying the team effort of this task
