After finishing up the Values Clarification Worksheet, I found out my three most important individual values are; ambition, leadership and love. When contributing these three individual values to the type of job and organization that would be a “good fit” for me. I can tell that first, I will most likely take on a job which I will be very passionate about becoming a leader. My ambition will be my drive and motive to want to fulfill a leadership role. I picked leadership as one of my individual values because I tend to take on the leadership role in many of my current organizations and extra curriculums here at Shippensburg. For example, I am currently the Polemarch of my fraternity Kappa Alpha Psi here at Shippensburg. I held this position
