The client and counselor met for his 1x1 session to discuss his treatment plan goals. Client at this point has been working on his family issues getting custody of his children and learning to have a better relationship with he father who come to the family group very Tuesdays from 6:00 To 7:30 pm Client reported that he has learned a lot while being in the program. The client reported that he is learning coping skills, to better control his anger, and learned that he needs to be responsible for his actions
Client at the time appears to interested in learning how deal with show coming. The counselor will meet with the client next week to talk about his next assignment that was given. CADC 1 Yolanda Smith
