Individual Reflection-Team Tiger
In the beginning, I was shy to introduce ideas or plan to serve as the leader. I do think my participation was to aid the group, offer other alternatives, and explore the different aspects of the project we encountered. In the early stages, coming together as a group was easy. I did observe that some demonstrated excitement, while others were stunned about the project and also hesitant about what needed to take place a normal feeling in the forming phase. A group member jumped right in and made decisions that regardless of the outcome success was achieve. Sadly, that same person departed from the project early on. I am the oldest of the group, not to say that age is a problem in a team but I have worked in groups before. I have experience working in teams and leading teams, this time I wanted to support as a “regular” team member and decided not to make too much of my experiences and somewhat learn more about all the aspects of the team functions. Especially in the creative aspect of the project. I consider myself a very creative thinking person when it comes to engaging the public. In my current job, I like to use creativity when dealing with a Logistics staff because boredom will disengage staff. As a rapidly evolving society, we often forget about the best part of the workplace, the people. We often think about running the best technology, but the simple role of working together to create healthier employees falls behind at times.
Our primary focus regardless of any obstacle remained to collect a substantial amount of money for the cause. Recognizing the limitations of our first idea, shifting our attention from the gym to the bake sale gave us that opportunity. As a result, we were able to raise more money and put in place two courses of actions; a bake sale and go -fund me link/code set up for people without cash at
