This accreditation must be demonstrated on the official transcripts that are sent directly to Indiana Wesleyan University. Students will need to have an undergraduate GPA of 2.5 or higher and have completed at least 30 credit hours. Applicants who GPA is below 2.5 may be admitted on a probationary basis. In order to graduate, students must complete all required curriculum credits with a minimum 3.0 GPA and a minimum “C” grade for each course. Students will learn how to leverage effective HR planning to help managers influence the quality of products, productivity and performance of employees. Students learn about recruiting and selecting staff in order to match organizational needs. They learn how counseling and engaging staff for professional development can improve employee engagement. Other basic topics include negotiating internal conflict, practicing effective communication and providing effective feedback. Students also learn about the broad area of applied management theory, so they will gain the practical skills necessary for working in global business environments. Students are encouraged to develop critical thinking skills and enhanced cultural awareness in order to create solutions to challenging management
