Texas Alliance Volleyball, LLC (“Texas Alliance Volleyball Club” or the “Club”) is very pleased to extend an invitation to participate in our Club for the 2011-2012 club season! In consideration of the Player whose name is set forth below being allowed to participate in activities with the Texas Alliance Volleyball Club (the “Activities”), the undersigned hereby enter into this contract (the “Contract”). 7) Delinquent accounts shall bear interest at the rate of 18%. In the event the Club is required to institute legal action to collect Club Fees, the undersigned shall be liable for reasonable attorney's fees. General Terms and Conditions 1) The Club reserves the right to change practice times, days, and durations without notice. The Club solely determines content of instructional practices and the extent to which each player participates during practice and tournament events. 2) The Club reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate a player’s membership for non-adherence to the Club Code of Conduct attached hereto, the terms and conditions of this Agreement of this Agreement, including without limitation failure to make on-time tuition payment as set forth above. 3) All traveling teams will participate in a minimum of 10 tournaments, including a minimum of three qualifying tournaments for Junior Nationals or AAU. 4) All local teams will participate in a minimum of 10 tournaments, including a minimum of two qualifying tournaments for Junior Nationals or AAU. 5) All playing time at tournaments is at the complete discretion of the coach.
